You can easily place an order through our website by browsing your favorite products, adding them to your cart, and checking out. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

 

We currently accept only mobile money payments (MTN & Airtel). More payment options will be added soon for your convenience.

 

Yes, we deliver across Kigali!

  • Orders before 7 PM: Delivery is made on the same day.

  • Orders after 7 PM: Delivery is made on the next day

  • Delivery fee will be 1,500 RWF 
  • Delivery is free on orders above 75,000 RWF 

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order ID in confirmation email. You can track your order on our order tracking page using the order ID and Billing Email You can also contact our support team for real-time updates.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

We’ll arrange a return, refund, or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Temperature-sensitive food items (fresh produce, frozen goods, etc.)

  • Cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards and promotional products

  • Items returned due to change of mind

Once your return is approved, the refund amount (excluding delivery charges) will be added to your Mobile Money within 2–3 business days
